9sec9 what kind of whp results would you see with a 2.3 stroker of a 2.4 engine. Do you think 500whp 500wtq would be possible with the right mods minus nitrous and race.

To be honest, I'm not nearly the right person to answer that. Probably some one who builds and tunes strokers everyday could answer it better. I would think the torque is def possible, just not too sure about the whp.

Greetings 9sec9 , I am going to change the stock suspension and stock brakes. Soon Gadiel goes to make other modifications to the program and we go again to the track ...

Way to go with the Green, BTW. Can't wait to see track times
I'm only tuned for 100 octane as well and in order for me to get I have to drive 50 miles one way. Fortunately it's in the same area as my work.

For street use, the dyno's show that the HKS's were still capable of making serious power. It's just that we're pushing the turbo to max and have intentions of going bigger at some point. You wont lose anything with the JUN's on the street, that's for sure. It's just that you also may not be able to be too much better than an HKS or Cosworth without pushing them. I'm rambling probably, but working on backups on my system and trying to be everywhere at once . Sorry.
Tom- No problem, not rambling at all. I went ahead and ordered them this morning. I figured that eventually I will p&p the head, build the bottom-end, meth etc, so I might as well do the cams once and be good to go in the long run, with no regrets. I think I can speak for everyone here and say that we really appreciate all the testing and pushing of the limits of "stockish" turbo's that you and your son are doing.

We'll see what Lucas English is able to do with the JUN's and a Green on a daily driver with pump gas.

Here's the video of one of the JUN pulls. It's the only one I made, but it happened to be 513 wtq and 442 whp. It's a little long, but the pull is at the beginning and the rest of it is me trying to read the dyno numbers at various rpm points. Fan in foreground is a little noisy but most of what I'm reading off can be heard. David comes in and thinks I'm still nuts, but offers suggestions. I can't tell you how accurate he is when he suggests making a change here and there. Don't shoot me for the video. It at least shows part of the documentation.

9sec9: Are you using water & meth injection, instead of straight meth, because the cooling properties of water are better than those of straight meth, resulting in lower combustion temps? Or is there a different reason?

Tom, not to beat a dead horse but the Cosworth M3 race spec cams are out for the IX. Specs are 280 intake 11.6mm 272 Exhaust 11.0mm. Food for thought.

SWOLN, I saw a website that advertised them, but I'm sure those would be much better suited for the bigger turbos, like 35 and up. I thought that I might be stretching it by going to the JUN's on a Green, but they seem to work well. I know that at sometime we'll be changing turbos, but I still haven't decided which one. OKIX really likes the streetability of the Green. He's been driving it on the street with the new tune and QTP's. I really think he's just out headhunting. I told him to get the clutch broken in before getting too froggy. Thanks for the info. I bet it's going to be a really nice cam if dialed in properly.
I thought someone said it was a stock motor with stock rod bolts. Is it rebuilt to stock specs?
