Well, a magazine wants to do an article and photo shoot at the upcoming Import Face Off next weekend in Noble, OK. Tony told them that he couldn't because he was going to a birthday party in California. He won't be coming back until the day of the race. If it was me, I'd be back a day early to make the event and photo shoot. Oh well. We intend to hit as many places as we can, KC, Birmingham, Tulsa, Columbus, but with Tony's schedule of 'Parties come first' I'm not really sure where we'll be. Actually, as soon as the clutch is fixed, we can go just about anywhere. We love travelling to the races and since I don't mind driving, the skies the limit. Maybe we could plan one that you could make. We would both like to meet you anyway.

He won't be racing at the Face Off. He's going to Souther California. Need to fix the clutch anyway. Oklahoma City has an airport. You can either take a plane, or just catch the next tornado.

The older I get the less I want to drive. I guess it's from going to all the races over the years by jet. Let me know the next time your going to run the Baby Bish and I will try to make it out there. Never been to OK.

I like that, BabyBish. Tony's trying to think of a tag, maybe that would work. He's thought about 9secIX if it hits 9's, just to irritate me I think. I just realized one other fact about the first low-boost/tune run last night. The 1/8mph was only 98 with the slow/early shifting. The 1/4 mph was 127.xx. That's 29mph gain on 24-20 psi and "SLOW" tune. Not too shabby for a true low-boost street tune.

9sec9 love your posts.

Am I correct in my reading you ran 10's at 14 psi on Green? I think I must have read something wrong because I'd never believe that could be done. But then again I'm always amazed at these stock turbo guys in the 10's and what not. It's incredible.

"In other words, the 30.5 that I thought we made in Shreveport when we ran 10.67 at 123-125 was actually 16 psi boost!!!" --9sec9

Thanks for clarification!

Amazing... so I wonder if, perhaps, as boost rises with the green, yes you get more pressure, but very little in gains of actual air flow through the engine?

I'll tell you my friends Green feels a lot more nippy at 30 psi then 16 though!

Sounds like 3000 lbs including 1 smurf + Baby Bish + 9sec9 tune= 450 HP, 10.60's @ 125 detuned to me.

Last edited by Indy Evo; Apr 12, 2008 at 07:35 PM. Reason: the smurf only weighs 120 lbs
