What Cams For Faster Spool??
Right, I had been looking at the Green as a Turbo option, but have now went for a Turbo off a 9GT Mitsubishi Part Number 49378-01571.
Question is what cams should I fit with this to aid spool??? I already hane Tomei 270's fitted, would these be fine???

Those cams have relatively fast ramp rates, so that is along the lines of what you want.
IF you have a good means of tuning and adjustable cam gears, you can try setting those cams to +2/-2. That brings the cam timing from 110LC/115LC + 112.5 LSA to 106LC/111LC + 108.5 LSA.
The result will be a choppier idle, but big midrange torque and quick spool.

Once you´ve installed your new turbo, try changing the settings on your Tomei cams, as per TedB´s suggestion, before going and plunking down more of your currency on the GSC´s. I´m not knocking the S1´s, just that you ought to try tinkering with cam settings on your existing cams first to maximize spool, before moving on.
I had HKS 280/272 cams on my 2004 RS equipped with the stock 16G Ti/Al turbo, and with the cam gears set at +2/0, my car spooled much quicker than my buddy´s RS which had the stock cams set at -3/-3 and the same Ti/Al turbo.

Tomie makes a great product, but to be completely honest with you and answer your question, STOCK cam shafts will spool the turbo faster than any other duration advertised. Now that means top end and upper mid range will suffer from the lack of additional lift and duration an aftermarket cam provides. If your goal is to minimize turbo lag, you must seek a cam that will not take away too much dynamic compression and efficiency from the engine. Just my two cents.
Oh and BTW I am NOT saying put the stock camshafts back in the car ...lol.. just answering the question.....
