Also, I got on the phone with the people who cut our flanges and had them slightly enlarge the opening so this minor problem should never arise again! We are also going to have the bottom portion of the 02 housing taped off from now on so that the the portion which goes inside the downpipe will not be coated. Exterior wise of course. I think it is more to do with the coating but, either way we go it taken care of.

Thanks so much for the input nick i think i will try taking the coating off then perhaps getting the hammer and tapping it on and if it still doesnt work then take some off the flange thanks so much and as said before yes very excellent customer service btw someday i hope i can make a trip down to ohio ha ha to see the Bad Bish run you guys did an awesome job ha ha maybe race and lose to it to thanks again

Thanks a million for the Help nick i got it all on and taken care of and i love the way it feels i cant wait to tune and see what its putting to the ground now the car spools way fast and keeps pulling good work on all your products ha thats about all thats on the car thanks again!

Im sure if you have to, grinding the flange a little to get it to clear will be ok... I know when i was on the stock turbo i didn't run a gasket at all with the stock, or aftermarket o2 housing to the downpipe.... Didn't leak one bit!

thats great customer service. them actually trying out the parts themselves and trial and erroring the problem. anyways ive also heard that the 2.5 inch dp doesnt fit that o2 housing. id have to say i agree with nick on the issue. take a little coating off the o2 housing to fit it or try using a rubber mallet or hammer to tap it into place. good luck.

oh its already on so its all good ha yeah i was grinding for a little while and i took off a lot of the coat and some of the flang and then tapped it on with a mallet but good service excellent i say maybe when i tune i can post up some numbers!
