are you using the oem doughnut gasket? cause im pretty sure the buschur downpipe uses a regular gasket in place of the oem doughnut

Could be a flaw in the ebay o2 housing.

Have you contact buchur?

My only suggestion would be to grind a little bit of the coating off of the 02 housing as it may be a hair too much. I just went in the back and put one together with a downpipe. It was deff. a tight fit but, it did go on. Or if you dont want to take any coating off you may as you said take a little off the flange.

I just took three more 02 housings out of the wrapping and put them onto two different downpipes here. They are very tight, you may even need a small hammer to gently tap the flange of the downpipe onto the 02 housing it self. No real force needed. Just something a little stronger than you hands. Atleast there will be no leakage. Let me know if there is anything I can help you with. Either give me a call here or send me a pm if you would like.

Just throwing this out there, if you got the 2.5" dp it will not fit with that O2 housing.

I actually spent half of the time going through our quickbooks to try and find this customers name so I could call him to remedy it sooner than him finding the thread again on here but, I do not have a filter to look for people in Utah specifically, LOL.
