I look more at the times than the dyno. The Green has gone 10's@ 128mph+ on 4 different cars, so the potential is there. If you think you will want more than that ,then upgrade, if not you don't need more than the green IMO. At 1/2 the cost of a TS 30R, once you add a intercooler, downpipe, O2 housing, it really is a great little turbo. If you want to spend twice as much for a little more potential go ahead. I have really been looking forward to race gas 4088R/4094R numbers on a EVO and the 35R TS on a EVO there just isn't much data out there yet.

On the second street pull is the 12.0 AFR in third gear and 11.0 AFR in fourth gear a patented technique? Hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!

we're working on it! i have a bunch of SR20 graphs showing this (since our time attack and drift cars are both sr20 most of our data is SR), but i think it would only get people more riled up since its not 4G63.. ill wait until evo dan's twinscroll .78 vs twinscroll 1.06 vs single scroll .82 results are ready

i finished welding your 1.06 hsg the other day, and the .82 is cooling off now should be a great test and easy to swap out the housings.

It was like you couldn't keep the thing from spooling regardless of throttle position. With the new setup, you have to be much more deliberate to get boost. Definitely not WOT, but you have to be somewhat "on it" to get things moving. So I guess my point is, in my case I have seen the benefits of TS by losing it.
i hear you on that... the first time i got the TS stuff working right on a car (5 years ago) i honestly couldnt figure out why that car just felt so fast. the dyno wasnt anything special, and the top end was average but the car just FELT so much faster than a comparably powerful setup. Never realized until we understood a lot more how much effect turbine efficiency has on the feel of a turbo car

isnt that car using a twinscroll gt30? i saw some pics of an HKS engine bay not too long ago with some crazy twinscroll thing under the hood...

agreed. its a cool and very expensive turbo, that moves 47 lb/min. its small, easy to install and moves 47lb... thats all there is to it

I just like the welds. That alone is worth the cost of admission. You should wled up a JDM swing set, i'd buy that, swing along admiring the welds.

A JDM swing set? ... they aren't located in Japan.... how would it be JDM?

ok that aside I do support the idea of something them welding up something fun and selling them! ... O maybe custom Key chains ... like maybe lil piece's of metal weld'd up ... i mean u could just use left over pieces of manifold ... I'd be dumb enough to pay money for something like that!

I mean if i had kids i'd support a swing set... but i don't ... nor do i need one.. my car and bike cost too much as it is haha BUT i would start thinking about making babys just to buying one

anyways keep up the good work Goeff and the guys at Full-race... I love what you all do!

I know, right? It's so frustrating when people say dumb stuff. The only thing that almost translates is time slips and trap speeds, and even that varies based on altitude. And it still says nothing of driveability and response.

Honestly, for the amount of money, I'm not impressed with this TS GT30 kit. A well setup green will make close to that for tons less money.

at similar boost levels ive seen the 30R make significantly more hp, but similar or less torque, i think the ts will bridge that gap.

we will see, doing our own hybrid setup shortly, and id like to get dans car on our dyno,

for free

Except that a Green won't deliver 500whp when the boost is turned up.

I guess I should have gone farther to say, two cars, same set up, same day, same track, same drivers... still NOT the "SAME"! However, we both know no one wants to hear that all that matters is the improvement (or lack there of) on your OWN car is all that matters, or is vaguely conclusive.

Sound a little better Mr. Brown
