Man that looks so nasty!!

You have a EGT in each one of the runners?

Is the valve cover powder coated? It has like a matty finish to it, very nice...

It's not near as bad as you think.

I'll post a graph of it across speed, looks sick with a 3.84 final drive and this was in 3rd gear.

EEESh. I know it has its place, I know it will slaughter most anything in a drag race or a highway pull but to me that just doesnt look like something that would be fun to drive. That car would be irresponsible to drive on twisties....

Man hes going to E85 i would say he can get closer to 700whp and 500 tq plus he can revv. I see this being a awesome street car since he doesn't have to shift into 5th till 9500rpms.

maybe he doesnt have any intentions of driving twisties.. not every car is built for the same purpose.. only twisties my car sees is on and off the ramps to the highway..

i think scorke is saying that realisticly as a street driven car its not as practical. but we dont know the reason for this build, and for all we know it could be a drag car.

personally i do see where some would question the spool and the high rpms of this set up, but its not my car so have a ball!!!

i think that every post i happen to read of skorkes has something negative to say.. rather than make the negative comment he could maybe ask " what do you plan to do with this car".. it could be a weekend warrior only.. most of the driving in may car is on the highway.. id rather have a nasty top end then bottom end spool any day of the week.. i can keep my car above 6k in every gear but if i was on a small turbo i couldnt make it pull up top..

Wish the AIM MXL could take the datastream from the Vpro software. This is HKS's Fcon Navigator which will read every parameter from the Vpro and you can set warnings and what not for them, also switch between fuel and ignition trim maps, etc. The Vpro can only read one Egt so I'm reading the cylinder that is the hottest thru the Vpro, yet can read all 4 thru a hyperterminal window on MS XP at the same time.
