CBRD and ETS build..

ok..

so you guys know, we like to tinker quite a bit... so we have a good client (basically a car of our own really).. who wanted to try something after his fpgreen, and he couldnt wait for our own stuff we have coming...

so, we set something up with Tom of ETS...

so, this is a 50 trim build, on an evo ix... stock ecu... previously made apprx 365/335 on our mustang dyno (low reading) at 21 psi.. with injen intake, ebay turboback, perrin fmic, BR ported and coated manifold, green with upgraded actuator, and ic pipes etc...

he wanted to go tubular, and thanks to our boys at Blouch turbo, we can always throw a larger wheel on the 50 trim...

we swapped our 8 MR 6 speed into his IX while it was apart (we needed a 5speed for our time attack car)...

so some swain coating, slightly larger injectors and the following:

ETS tubular manifold, 50 trim turbo, swaintech coating, 680cc injectors, ETS 3.5" FMIC, ETS piping, ETS small battery, ETS 3.5" Turboback....

CBRD lightweight radiator, and CBRD Flash coming soon... but here are some pics of the build, should be done tomorrow...

the car is also getting our Forgeline Racing Wheels and HR coilovers from our project/time attack car...

Here are the pics...

Previous setup.. with our radiator

and some pics of whats going on now..

the 5 speed out...

and kframe out (much easier)

and some others...

and the engine ready to go back in... with the 6 speed... cusco twin plate in it.

more pics to come later, and when dyno-ing starts, ill post charts and logs..

cheers

cb

Can't weight to see what the car does.

Are you changing out different wheels in the turbo? I thought he said something about that.

Looks awesome, cant wait till I can do all that haha

Got a question, If a customer came in with a dirty car to be worked on, would you refuse him service to prevent your shop from getting dirty
