Slave cyl pushrod stuck aka piston in slave
So i was having disengagment problems and a stiff strange feeling pedal so i took the slave off the tranny to inspect the TOB's engagment in the pressure plate. Well i went to put the slave back on and the rod is stuck out, i cant push it in for $hit and its impossable to do so. I even took the boot and pushrod out and tried pushing it back in with a screwdriver as hard as i could and still nothing! Is the problem the slave siezing on me or is there more to the story that i may not be checking? note last time i pushed the clutch in it felt wierd coming back up and was kinda jerky.

No way you'll be able to push it back in manually if there's fluid behind it.
Crack the bleeder screw so fluid would leak out then push it in and bleed it.
I personally would take the slave cyl out, take it apart and inspect it. Just be carefull not to tear any seals or O-rings.

when are you going to answer my PM?
when you cant push the slave back in, that means your clutch rod is over adjusted. fluid cant return to the master. its like your foot is on the pedal all the time.
