Compression Help?

My car all of a sudden (JDM EVO VII) is not idling properly. The car also loses power up top. Did check and my manifold was cracked, this was fixed but I have the same problem.

The mechanic did a compression test:

1 & 2 reads 150psi
3 reads 125 psi
4 reads 175 psi.

What should the psi be?
what do you think is wrong?

He assumes valve problem, retainner spring, or piston.

Need help fast all the way in the Caribbean.

email me too robert.tonge@cwdom.dm

Thanks for the help and also reading old posts.

The compression test was done wrong so I got the right method off the site.

The problem was the plugs.
