yep, the twin pump setup is definitely cheap insurance against those issues.

in my opinion a 35r is where you drawn the line to needing a double pumper or something off the likes

Our car runs a sigle walbro and stock lines. It is at about 75% duty cycles @35psi and has run a best of 10.6@134.5 on 30 psi with about 68% duty cycle. We must have a freak or somthing. Oh yeah that was on a SBR 35r.

with pump gas I'm at 11.5:1 AFR maybe you're in the 12.5:1 area saving some fuel and running some massive injectors. Are you in any meth/alky which would lessen the need for gasoline? just trying to understand your scenario because that's pretty interesting.

on my stealth I have a fuel pressure transducer and can log fuel pressure vs boost to make sure it's rising 1:1 from 25-35psi it's very handy for finding fuel pressure issues. Do you have anything like that with your setup by chance?

Sorry thats on race gas (c-16) Shouldn't be that big of a difference though. Have you taken off your fuel rail yet? Just wondering If you have seen the size of the inlet in it?

The walbro 255HP will start to have flow issues around 500-540 whp.

No one NEEDS a regulator if your not running dual pumps at the same time. regulator is still nice to have but isnt needed.

My Evo 2 made 517 whp at my Dynapack dyno before leaning out. Rised against 12:1, no matter how much extra pulsewidth I gave it.
