i have a feeling its Acd transfer case
either
-little fluid
-bad pump
since when the car turns its using the acd more and thats where it goes worng and seems like it locks up
that would make sense

hmmm... true.
I really don't think it's the pump though. Lets say the ACD was going into lock-up causing the issues while steering... the ACD only locks up when the pump is on. So if the turning issues are from the ACD then it's a bad sensor of sorts.
The other thing i'm thinking for the turning issue is a bad front diff that is locking up when he takes sharp left turns, but that doesn't explain the ACD malfunction unless the computer knows the front diff is messed up and turns the ACD off to save it.
I guess we'll find out on Wednesday.
Post up what it is, don't leave us guessing.

Under normal driving where the tires are not slipping the ACD is not doing anything.

I have the same problem
some times when i start the car the 3 light gose on, I wait for the car to warm up than I turn it off than start it again, and it's back to normal, only one light in on Tarmac.
Dose that have to do with the pump? or something eles??

You may have messed up your mass airflow sensor. Did you recently do anything with the air intake system? Turns out the ACD, Evap Emissions and Barometric Sensors are all on the same circuit as the mass air sensor, and if one goes out the ECU will throw all of the codes. When the Service Engine Soon light goes on, all three of the ACD lights are on.
I just had a problem like this recently, and the tech at the dealer figured it out after much tinkering and testing. New MAS on order, and problem is solved. Just another thought. This wouldn't explain the strange turning, but the erratic idle could definitely have something to do with the MAS.

i think this is what is going on in my car because i was still able to take a corner at high speed and keep traction without, other than having 3 annoying lights on my ACD sometimes, the car drives fine.

have u checked the CV boot on ur driver's side axle? since the trans faces that way, it might be spinning too fast causing the front LSD to lock late, but i would check the other stuff mentioned above as well.
diff fluid check
ABS sensor
scan tool for the code
driver's side wheel bearing
drivers side CV boot
driver's side axle (in case it might be coming out)!

Davethewave,
You really should have the dealer check your MAS. If you car ever runs erratic it could definitely be that. I had mine replaced finally yesterday, and it runs smooth again, and all lights are normal again.
If you are getting a check engine light along with the three ACD lights, go to Autozone and have them tell you the codes. If it says something like "Barometric Pressure Sensor - Circuit Low" then it very well may be the mass air sensor malfunctioning and causing codes to show up along that circuit. Mine showed three codes: Barometric Pressure Sensor, Evaporative Emissions Sensor and Throttle Position Sensor.
The reason I knew it was something else was that the car was driving pretty totally normal (except for erratic idle at times) but was throwing a throttle position sensor code - it didn't make any sense. The tech at the dealer confirmed it was the mass air sensor and ordered a new on under warranty. Problem solved and the car runs terrific now!
