Issue with my new turbo kit (driveability/stuttering, bov??): PLEASE HELP!!!! )

I just put on a turbo kit, along with full bolt ons... here is my mod list:

Precision 57 trim Dual BB Turbo
ETS Tubular Manifold
ETS 3" Downpipe
ETS 3.5" Downpipe Back Exhaust
ETS Short Route LICP
ETS UICP
ETS 3" O2 Housing
ETS Intake
K+N Long Filter
Tial 50mm BOV
MAF Gen 1 Translator
3" GM MAF
Tial 38mm Wastegate (Recirculated)
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
Precision 780cc Injectors
Hallman Pro MBC
Cosworth M2 Cams
ARP Headstuds

Okay.. onto the problem.... If I am in a high gear with low rpm and do WOT .. as the boost rises to the top (20psi) ... it hits 20psi and AGGRESSIVELY go back and forth between 15psi and 20psi and in between.. and my car stutters like H3LL!!

I used to have the stock MAF with a Forge RS bov and my car would stutter if I was barely on the gas and let off really quick... but this new stuttering is at WOT and is really aggressive.

In the lower gears it is okay, but still ... when I reach full boost (20psi) my boost gauge just hits 20psi and the needle shakes like crazy and goes between 19psi and 20psi.. I really need help!!! PLEASEEEE!!!!!

I really would like to pinpoint the issue.. this is scary to me.

Please help!!!!

Every time I have had a leak it didnt act like that. You might want to check your BOV, and see if that might be potential prob

It seems like it would be blow off valve related... but I have the right spring in it (based off of vacuum idle from Tial) and the SOB is on there tight with the vband clamp and it is sealed VERY good with the gasket supplied..

I wouldn't know how else to check the bov ) :

Is it something in the ECU. Or a fuel issue

That sounds like compressor surge to me, I had a 57-trim on my car for a few days, I had the same problem. After going through everything, I swapped the turbo to a 61mm turbo I had, and the problem was solved.

Its your tial bov because you dont have a standalone like aem or autronic. Its venting out out to atmosphere.

Hmmm... The injectors are newer... and I have a blow through system... it is the "safe" way to run Vent to Atmospheric Blow Off Valves...

as far as the 57trim being the problem.. the people that I know that have 57 trims have no problems with this.. so I don't think changing to a 61mm would help..

I think it might be compressor surge too, but how do i get it to go away???

What did you do to fix the injectors that were gummed up?

why even make a comment about this, he said its when he is under boost not when he lets off. plus he has the maf translator.

I think it might be the spring for the tial
whats the wide band showing when it stutters?

Tial Recommends this spring (Black in color for vacuum idle of 10 in/hg) it is a soft spring .. When I bought the Tial originally .. it came with a STIFF spring and the BOV would not even blow off.. It would just flutter ALL day long under ALL boost levels.

The car felt like it "woke" up when I put the softer spring in there.. It was like the stiff spring was a restriction..... who knows???

Engine Vacuum Reading / Color Use Spring
Between:
- 22 and -23 in/Hg Pink -12 Psi (-24 in/Hg )
-18 and -21 in/Hg Un-painted -11 Psi (-22 in/Hg ) << the one that it came with .. that just fluttered ALL day
- 14 and -17 in/Hg White -9 Psi (-18 in/Hg )
-10 and -13 in/Hg Black -7 Psi (-14 in/Hg ) << I have this one because my vacuum reads 10 in/hg on my boost gauge
