Now that's a hard call. If it was me I would look for a newer build date then Jan/Feb. I think the cars are fun and so far the only problem is a clutch which is no big deal to me at least it's not a motor problem. Like I said I have a April car but I did order it and it was shipped from the port. I dono how long it takes to get but I got it in July around the 6th. I would see if you can order one or look in the door at the build date. I also noticed something else about the intake, is it me or does some of the cars have that extra piece of foam on them at the front of the intake? My 1st evo did not have it but my 2nd one does. Also my wife said that the door looks different as in what is on the inside then my 1st evo. I would not get the STi but that's me. You could get a POS car for like 1-2k and drive it till next year but that is going to waste that money. Hmmm, I guess just get a NEW build evo and I think some of the bugs are worked out of them.

Yea good call, Sounds like the 04 evo will be a little more supped up from the rumors ive heard. I was thinkin about getting a galant GSX AWD for the winter and picking up an 04 in the spring. I dunno what to do but once the evo is heading back to Japan ill be car less so i better come up with a plan soon! about your 2 evos being different, i dunno beacuse i only have one and its been at the dealership for the past month and a half so i dunno
