Ive got the same issue popping the p0011 code. Im gonna double check everything, make sure nothing was installed wrong.

It can since the target value is a little harder to reach at idle when there is low oil pressure. Its easier to set it normal and not try for the lopey idle or just turn the code off all the way and be done with it.

just checked the thread. now i remember: i did have a bad idle. i was only running Tomei 264 cams. nothing crazy. the car would idle strangely (not like a "big cam" idle).

they will idle rough due to a change in vacuum. the car needs to be tuned to smooth it out unless you like it that way.

does it influence on hp or torque??? car will be slower or not??

no. it's just your idle. with the different grind, you have less vacuum, so it idles different. it has no effect on how the car drives.

My car havent popped the code again... (in my case my engine is bone stock)

What i did was just clean the MIVEC solenoid (the one bolt, to the pass. side) and it was gone for good.
