Thumbs up Extreme Turbo Systems Does it again! 45r working with a Stock Radiator and more...

I took a detour and drove up to ETS without the wife knowing I had to see the progress of my baby.
One problem we had last year is when we went to Las Vegas for BOTI races we had super hot temps especially with the 100deg plus heat. The mini Koyo wasn't doing it for us. I was very adamant about getting a better radiator. Now the turbo im running is the Garret 45r wheel with the Tial V-Band housing and a 42r compressor housing all machined to fit.
ETS JR went right to work as soon as he got the car. All i have to say he is a genius at getting things to fit. I could run power steering and a stock Radiator with his new manifold. Whats also nice is he uses 45deg bends off the head instead of 90deg which helps with flow. I put the kit on a stock 05 ev0 8 just to check fitments

Now here is my car with the kit on. remember this kit isn't done but will it be real soon

ETS JR doing his magic

JR also think he can get this monster turbo to work with A.C. I just told him he is nuts
One thing i love about ETS is if there is something they can improve they will. I know he mentioned to me that they will be offering all stainless steel flanges and ported compressor housing covers on all the turbo kits for the same price

They will have more pics and details on the reasons behind how he is building the kit this way. He is starting on the water to air intercooler today.

that thing looks like a monster!!! Which built engine are you running with that particular turbo? Do you know what you estimated spool RPM will be yet?

Is it going to hit the radiator when the engine rocks in the mounts?

The engine is built by English Racing. We are running 10.1 compression. The head was done by GSC with a CNC. Also with GSC S3 cams.
Dont know the spool yet but we have a good feeling it will be good
The tial Housing is 1.00 and has been machine just for my application which is also supposed to help with spool

There is no rocking with this motor. We have solid mounts on the front and will have upgraded mounts on the rear and sides
