I use it every time.
Also fit the plugs to scoobs and evos when engine is hot or cooling off. Once the plug has made contact with teh head...before you finished torquing it in it has adjusted to the temp, so the torque reading will not be off. the heat also lets the antiseze work beter.

anti seize just about anything you know you'll be taking apart later. spark plugs, lug nuts, manifold nuts, camber & toe adjustment parts.

I just put a little engine oil on the threads before putting them in, and that seems to keep things happy.

Here's a different but related question: I've been experimenting with different gap sizes, but I don't want to use a whole new set of spark plugs every time I change the gap. Is it okay to take a spark-plug out and put it back in? The reason I'm asking is that I've noticed the crush washers on the plug get deformed the first time to make a seal, so then the second time it's already crushed and may not seal as well?

I used antiseize on plugs on all cars I've ever owned. I can't believe that it's a controversial topic here. In addition to protecting threads in our aluminum heads, it will also give you a more consistent and reliable torque value. Just don't use too much your you'll have a big mess.

Just make sure you tighten them down good the 2nd time around or more depending on how many times you pull them out...just my opinion.
