if the dealer is giving you a hard time, you can find them cheap around the forum used.

it sounds like theres a bad leaking in the diaphram

I was/am having the same problem, boost is creeping to 27. Well, it is a little better now although still creeping.

Megan 02 housing, 10.5 hotside, FP 18PSI WGA, Forge MBC.

The shop I went to readjusted the WGA, and turned the Forge MBC down all the way. Did not help, same 27psi creep. The spring in the Forge is just not soft enough for the WGA. Next, the Forge MBC was swapped for a Hallman Pro. It helped, 2psi less creep. I am going to install a meth kit soon so the creep is ok for now. Pluse it is cold out. However, I am going to get another 10.5 hotside I have ported in order to see if it helps, it should. There are a few posts that cover this.

i had a problem with too much boost and i thought it was all stock but when i took it to the dealership they told me there was an aftermarket boost contol solenoid and hoses. thing is i didnt have a problem when i first bought the car. then i started loosing power so i put in a guage and saw it was like 25-28 psi, but sometimes itll read normal like 19-21 psi and still have weaker power. the bcs is made from delco remy if anyone is using this same type of setup any info on it would be helpful.

Sounds like a GM 3 port solenoid.

Also sounds like the boost tables aren't tuned correctly.
