GT3076r or GT3582r ??

whats up guys i have looked inot both turbos just might need some more help with this decision?

Im looking to purchase a bigger turbo by the end of february
my question is for ppl who run these turbos or know kids who have them what there insight is on them

Im looking to go with either the Gt3076r with a .63 a/r or a .82 a/r which ever is goign to give me best performance.....or i will go with a GT3582r with a .68 a/r so im a little confused i most likely will also be running a aquamist meth kit my goal si to hit 480-500 whp mark with the meth. I know numbers mean nothing but i would liek to see these numbers from either of these turbos..

Some people told me that the 3076r with meth will def hit the 470 whp with the meth and other ppl told me 35r without meth can see 450whp so with meth i can def see over 500 or atleast 500 but im wondering how much more lag will the 35r be than the 30r also which is more street friendly..like i said i i will be running a one nozzle of meth and looking to make 480-500 out of one of these turbos..just trying to get more insight from ppl you are running these setups

iw ant the car to be bale to be a DD if i want and be fine not to much bog or anything

let me know guys

Thanks guys hope you guys can help me

Go GT35R you wont regret it. All my buddies tried to talk me out of it and im glad i didnt listen. As for lag its only bad comming from the people that dont run a big turbo! But for us running GT35R's dont really notice it much at all. The low end power is alittle lacking but not much by 3000 RPM's it starting to make ok to good power at 4000 RPM's its making really good power and at 5K hold the hell on! Now im on the quest to find alot more power from a GT40 or bigger!

you could see these numbers without meth and a good tune with a gt35r. And with a larger turbo you will have room for more when it comes time for more power.

I went with a GT35R and couldn't be happier. I decided on the GT35R because there is still more power to be made when I build my bottom end and raise the boost some more. Plus the lag isn't as bad as people make it sound, I actually think it's perfect for the street. You could look in to the FP3582HTA turbo, I think I'll be sending mine to FP also. Do a quick search and read up on it I think you might like it.
