Walbro 255 variations and that pressure relief valve ...
Hi all , I've been trying to track down info on Burshers twin pump system . I somehow came across pics of a version of it housed under an OEM looking steel lid but not sure if its Lancer or not .
That aside ATM my my question is about these Walbro 255 pumps and there potential . From searching the Walbro 340 or 341 seems to be the best of them though I believe there are issues with its high pressure relief valve .
I have seen David Burshur mention a modified Walbro 255"HO" or high output version and I'm curious to know if its something new or an inhouse BR thing . I'd like to add that I'm not out to pilfer DB's intellectual property just seeking confirmation . Lots of people the world over like the low cost of Walbro pumps but many are finding out that they don't work too well at higher pressures .
Cheers anbd thanks , A .
