My evo feels slow
I think i might be getting use to it but it feels as if my EVO has lost the grunt that it had. But it runs perfect, my friend says i am getting use to the power. is there anything i should look for like loose vacume lines or intercooler hoses. my car only has 2083 miles on it.

I would check for a boost leak but I doubt its that. I came from an automatic Lancer OZ so when I first bought my car it felt ridiculously fast but now I think I'm starting to become accustomed to it as well.

Yeah #1 it is your 91 crap gas, #2 open your hood, take off your ram air intake buy pushing down on the two plastic screws, they pop right out, and then take out the ram air. IT shoudl come right out.
Next get a 10MM wrench, and tighten up EVERY clamp that you see, the two BOV onees, and then work your way up to the TB, mine were SO LOOSE it was crazy. I gained boost from 16.5 to 19psi, car woke the **** up.
Do it, many have, I am a believer.

I'd agree with everyone else. Once you get used to a fast car you loose the initial sensation of speed. It's happened with every fast car I've owned.
Well, perhaps one exception - it wasn't particularly fast, but my '64 Triumph Spitfire felt like it was being driven beyond it's limits at speeds that would put a civic to sleep!

I hopped in a 2000 Acura Integra GS-R and floored it..
1 minute later I was like...are we there yet???
I get the same feeling sometimes, but everyone is right..
The "Butt Dyno" is used to the same HP...
