wow there's a lot of hate going on about this. forget 'em...let them think what they want and not be as fast as the guys who are pushing the envelope and finding out what works, and is also safe.
it's like copernicus vs the catholic church in the evo world

Ok Guys im sorry for the delay, but I seriously cant keep up with the demand!!! Ill have over 100 manifolds within 3-4 weeks ready to be shipped. Those that have ordered from me the manifolds are either on their way or getting shipped early this week. I'm also working on a website which will be out within 2 weeks! As Peter said I put lots of detail and attention to theses manifolds and I intend to keep it that why. I'm not going to cut corners for anyone!

42R on the street. Can you say lag. I would probably get great gas mileage though since I would never get it to peak boost. (too many street lights) Maybe if I launched it at every light with the 2 step. Just doesn't sound very fun to have to deal with on a DD to be a track beast.

The Honda board, yes, a lot of hate going on there. I guess those guys need to stop buying those cheap *** junk Ebay FMIC's and then they'd know that low AIT's are possible!
No, I have not dyno'd a GT42R on pump gas. I'd like to do it as I think the power would be huge but it would make for a horrible street car.
I didn't realize how much buzz this would cause. I guess the only thing to do now is raise the bar even further.
cnoevo is correct, he has another car that made over 500 on our dyno with just pump gas and 588 on pump/alky.

David,
Would you say that your FP3065 turbo spools the same or later then the HTA 35R?
I am looking for a good strip/street turbo. I dont want a 20g.

I've been reading this whole thread and would like to make an observation.
What David has done with pump gas these past months is quite a breakthrough
and obviously there have been many posts asking David how he was able to accomplish the task.
I for one see no advantage in David revealing the tuning methods he has utilized to achieve these numbers.
While David has alluded to what it takes to achieve this (right combination of parts and tuning) he is one of a few people (besides I believe Mellon, CBRD, and the previously mentioned UK tuners; sorry if I missed anybody) that have been able to run anything past the seemingly danger threshold of 23-24 psi on pump.
Why would he provide such information to the public?
Besides to silence those who question him; that alone is very tempting I'm sure .
Wouldn't providing such detailed information essentially hurt his business?
I'm sure that having the ability to safely tune an Evo to run high boost on pump can only be good for the business of BR.
Now I have to hunt down U2SLO this coming year at Englishtown and ask for a ride.

I think I have listed what I feel is important to making big power on pump gas actually.
Tell you what. I'll get into it more when I dyno my RS on 93 octane in a week or so. I intend to set another new record with my own car when that time comes. I'll be pushing for 35 psi or more on 93 when I do it. 600 is NOT going to be a problem on our dyno.

Just got off the phone with Tom and were are going to add/change a coulple things to the car that's going to make more power.
So far he has gone beyond all of our expectations with this new Intake Manifold, so we'll see what these changes bring to the table.Should be interesting. I'll keep everyone posted.
