Nitrous Intercooler Chiller

What are your opinions on a nitrous intercooler chiller like this one Here

I really like the idea because it can be turned on and off and it is all external there shouldnt be any wear and tear on the car. its all external.

I really dont know much about intercooler chillers. not many people seem to have them.

Also this can be removed and there will be no evidence of anything being done to the car. No excuses for the dealer

i'ld like to find out how long this intercooler will last if you freeze it. also, will the h2o stock sprayer be intact or removed. obviously you wouldn't want to use the co2 for a freeking wannabe (no offense) civic. i'd just wanna know how it would effect the integrity of the engine...

I really dont think that should be a problem because what about people who live in green bay or canada and deal with sub 0 temps for long periods of time

These ad some power but are not very practical - - a 10 lb bottle lasts long enbough for one 1/4 mile pass - then its time to drop the bottle off to get re-filled

Not practical

NO - i have it on my evo - its great - but only lasts a few secs before the 10 lbs bottle is empty - - then you have a hassel to drop it off at the local C02 joint - most of them use like 20 lbs and bigger - and leave it with them for a day or so - then pick it up - etc - just not very practical - - - at least the nos you inject into the motor lasts for a good 8 - 10 passes
