Which engine builders use rod bolt stretch guages?

Which engine builders use rod bolt stretch guages?

Am curious... I've found using assembly lube and a torque figure is normally not enough to produce the stretch spec'd by ARP. Discuss..

Keep in mind the only correct way is with bolt stretch. At high rpm (kills rods) 10000+ with out having the correct bolt stretch you increase your chance of killing rods. I learned this the hard way 8years ago. We lost a eagle rod motor using tq. Local big wig fueller builder said it was not the rod but the bolt that pulled apart.
I have gone by stretch ever since no broken rods in the last 100+ motors. Including some eagle rods that lasted at 780hp and running 158mph for 3years. Do not know if its coincidence but I would not build a motor without that technique.

Btw- room temp plays a part
