Which engine builders use rod bolt stretch guages?

Keep in mind the only correct way is with bolt stretch. At high rpm (kills rods) 10000+ with out having the correct bolt stretch you increase your chance of killing rods. I learned this the hard way 8years ago. We lost a eagle rod motor using tq. Local big wig fueller builder said it was not the rod but the bolt that pulled apart.
I have gone by stretch ever since no broken rods in the last 100+ motors. Including some eagle rods that lasted at 780hp and running 158mph for 3years. Do not know if its coincidence but I would not build a motor without that technique.
Btw- room temp plays a part
