new build..... starting problems
#20
good to hear it started. probably your throttle body needs adjustment. usually the screw there doesn't need adjusting but you may need to try it. im not sure if there are adjustments on the mitsu iscv but you could also check that.

okay we have come to this conclusion...its not a vacum leak.. when we plug the 2 holes right inside the throttle body before the buterfly it idles down.. so it has something to do with the aic.... im guessing all the air..lol any body have any ideas what i need to change in the cals?? or does somebody happen to have a built 2.0 base map they could spare??

Mike, if you were having problems before, adding a map with unknown (to you) fuel and air maps is not going to make the problem better and could make it much worse. I'd suggest sending your .cal to a capable tuner and having them take a quick look at what is going on. Can you download your present .cal from the AEM to your computer?
I'd also suggest taking a close look at all of your connectors, and make sure that they're all well connected (and that all of them are connected). It's not hard to miss one once in a while.

^^ thanks for the input!!!! after tearing the throttle body apart we discovered the iacv was burnt/melted!! so im not about to spend 375 for a new one so we are going to block off the hole to it and run it without it.
