If you have 12 People on a production line for just manifolds alone then you should be able to get about 6 manifolds done in a day. so if they have 240 manifolds they are backed up on then props Hell, one guy coping, one guy sanding, one guy fitting, one guy managing a robot, one guy welding flanges.

I am down to a few options, and it will be decided by wednesday at the latest.* 1. SLS(straight line specialities) price 1k shipped uses two tial 38's.* This offers great quality and a lifetime warranty. It will take 2-3 weeks to build, the only problem is I don't have any full pictures of one for the evo.. (because it would be a prototype) It will be very similar to the DSM one just more compact.. I happen to love the simple more classic design.. http://straightlinespecialties.com/s...products_id=752.AFI(arizona forced induction) price around 1250...(not 100% pm AZ-FI) it also uses two 38's.* They also offer a lifetime warranty, and from what I've seen the BEST quality. Their manifold is a work of art! I've talked with Jesse over there and ETA would be a couple weeks. Hopefully I can get a couple pictures of the manifold installed to help me make my final decision. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...7&postcount=23https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...&postcount=5263. DTM price 850ish... They use a single tial 44mm.. This is the cheapest option, however I don't have any idea of what kind of design they are using.* I haven't heard much about DTM products, but from what I have heard they do a great job.* (hopefully they can get me some pictures soon as well ) ETA is the beginning of april.4. ETS price is the same as the full-race manifold as it would be a custom unit.* Around 1450.. They would use two 38's... Don't have any pictures as it would be a custom job(I have heard they will be producing a twin scoll kit in the near future though) From what I've seen ETS has some nice quality so I am sure it would look great. That about sums it up, I will keep you guys posted... Hopefully my turbo won't be lonely too long...

I gave ETS a call. Top Notch customer service. I was very impressed. I got quoted a twin scroll header, down pipe, and dump tubes. Even though it'll all be custom, these guys answered the phone, call me back twice. I can see why people work with these guys.

Lt1 I agree fully. Tom is superfast in his responses and always answers any questions. Truly great customer service. Pm me what they quoted you at for a Mani, dp, and dump-tubes. As I talked with revmoto, and they quoted him a cheaper price onntbe manifold. Maybe I can contact him back if you are serious about one to get a better deal for the both of us.

Here are a few more pictures on AFI's prototype manifold. Jesse over there said it isn't as good of quality as he ships out to the customers...

Brandon,
That was the first one...built in a car in a tight space With no fixtures, etc.
Now with all fixtures built and ready for production it eliminates any shrinking, mis-alignment and guessing

Cash I hear yeah.. Believe me DNP was one of the first "twin scroll" manifolds that caught my eye.. Problem is they only make a T4 version and I don't want to go that big. I contacted them a month ago about making a T3 one to no avail..
