so my theory...500+ fuel system needs an overhaul
at ~500awhp with the HTA 35R at 30psi on 93 octane the AFR went from 11.5 to 12.5 at ~ 7000 RPM and up.

I went to a kenne bell boost a pump and that fixed it temporarily but when I added the ported intake, 65mm tb race fmic it wanted more fuel and DLL showed ~535-545awhp...IDCs are up to 110% on the PTE 880s and I'm having to add an unusual amount of fuel at high RPM again.

I have a twin walbro and 1000cc injectors ready to go in. I'm estimating that should be good enough for ~ 700awhp

I hope to find out soon

with the aem you'll need a little more injector than the stock ECU requires

There are several long threads on this topic. Do a search and you'll find some useful information. Anywhere over 525HP on gas, or 30% less on ethanol, and you'll only be safe with more pump capacity than a Walbro 255HP.

The Buschur double pump system is the low end in price for a double pumper, because it does not include lines or an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. It uses a relay to trigger the second pump under certain circumstances. In contrast, the higher priced AMS system has both pumps running all the time, and has larger SS feed lines and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to permit the "excess" fuel to return to the tank. With this type of setup, you don't get a "bump" when the second pump comes on.

Full Blown also makes the CNC'd aluminium fuel pump "hat", which is more costly than modifying the plastic factory assembly, like Buschur and AMS do.

Different engineering solutions to the same problem.

AMS fuel system you don't have to worry about upgrading to make more power , Just kinda of noisey but I'm pretty sure anyone of us can live with that

for a 35r I'd go with buschur's... Seems to support the power just fine. Much less modification needed to get the job done.
