Chad,
I look forward to your testing as well as I do your TA car. It will be a great year for the east coast.

Thanks for the info but this is not exactly the TS info I was looking forward to seeing. Low boost....Huge turbo. Looks really laggy to me, What's the HP potential of this turbo?

When will you be testing the new Magnus?
Yup, that is the max we could get at 90 % IDC. It is just a test.
He left running 16 psi until next week.

The twin pump setup goes in next week, with an adjustable FPR from Fuel Lab.

The dyno run was done in third gear.

The Magnus manifold was TRIED but NOT tested on this car. It will come off for testing shortly. I would like to see what the stock mani does with no other modifications, and just tuning.

We have tested several times on various setups and found that regardless of injector size (from 880s to 1200's) that the single fuel system on this dyno was able to hit around 460-470 at the wheels. This particular build, yielded better efficiency and BSFC rate.

I'm sorry but its just the first one that was in line to finish in the appropriate time line.

We posted about it because I was actually shocked at how well it performed.

The next few threads will show T3 results with much more realistic street curves for the average street guy.

The turbo has a flow rate of 97lbs/min

Yeah DTM I'm not bashing at all. I appreciate trying to digest as much info as possible from guys like you. 97lbs/min is a big snail! I agree that for what it is it performed well, I think most people will comment on the lag 'cause they're interested in seeing a TS35R that spools @ 4K . This is obviously as you've said a completely different beast. Good luck with your TS testing, It's something I've been looking forward to.

Thanks for the replies DTM!

Do you think boost would come in earlier if you did the dyno pull in 4th gear?

Yes, closer to 1:1 you get more load.

You can say that again. When I looked at the T4 vs. T3 flanges on the bench, I was really surprised at the difference even visually.

Congrats, Joe. Looks like you are going to be flying this season. White 04 RS Evos FTW

It will come in MUCH sooner in 4rth. Also with the introduction of a heaveir static spring pressure in the WG it will be significant, maybe another 750 rpm.
