I have no idea who that is, but if you have a cable its pretty easy to check to see if its in open loop idle or the RPM is set to high...whats the idle now?

the idle is set at 1000.

One more thing, I noticed a nick on the flap of the Throttle Body, do you think that might be the problem? But I dont still understand why i am still getting the O2 sensor code

fixed, had to clear and retune the ecu. thanks for all the help
