Max power with evo 9 with stock turbo with mods on pump gas only?

391 WHP @26 PSI. That's the best I can find right now. I find 400 WHP stock turbo hard to believe, but not impossible. Just use enough boost.
When the new O2 dumps come out, that may be enough to bring LilRico over the 400 WHP barrier.

Also, on Buschur stages 1-4, and cossi cams these were my results:
+1 The stock turbo can't push enough air to assist with that HP #, but I think you could get torque near that number how ever. Just a guess though..

I made 339whp on pruven's dyno with the stock intake, intercooler,stock 02 housing, manifold,uip at 22psi. With 280 cams and the rest of the stock parts changed, I probably could have made 380+whp at 24 psi.

Turn up the boost man.
Are we talking completely stock w/ bolt-ons and pump gas? E85 comes out of a pump, can it be considered pump gas/ethanol. I know lucas is making almost 500 on a IX turbo on a built 10.1 motor on E90. 
I think thats a feat in itself on a stock turbo. 450+ on a stock turbo is respectable.
