Vacuum Manifold ***Pics***

I was tired of teeing off the intake manifold's vac line for items that need it ie. BOV, Boost controller, Meth kit, GM Boost Sensor, and wanted to eliminate the mess. I went and bought STIkiller.com's Vac manifold piece, liked the results, and thought I'd share.

Enjoy!

Looks good. I've been thinking of doing the same, I am really **** about the vacuum lines. Everything gets double ziptied.

I've also thought of switching to braided lines with AN fittings of some sort...

Does this throw off any readings since they are all off the same source?

I just mounted the mani last night and haven't had a chance to test it out. I was running everything off the same source before just a bunch of tee's and it worked great. I'm hoping nothing changes...

you can get those very cheap from mcmaster-carr as well, used one in my turbo'd honda and loved it. doesn't come with the fittings but you can get them from mcmaster as well or piece together the ones you need at a hardware store.

I ended up getting the brass fittings from a hardware store as well. Worked and looked good.

they even have an anodized black version, but the best part about getting it from Mcmastercarr.com is that it is blank W no writing or advertising

That makes your boost source hose really long. Doesn't that effect spool?

There is alot of pressure in that line, adding 2-3 more feet isn't going to make a difference. Think of starting up your car, the line pressurizes in what, a second, not even two? Nothing you'll notice.

Looks good!
