Chad, great idea on using those fittings, I have used them for years and never had a failure, even for valve spring oilers for drag racing. It's great you are bringing this stuff forward to the Evo world. Indy

Quick disconnects are awesome. I use them on my car. It beats using ss line for vaccuum hoses. I'm pretty sure tractor trailers use the same type of fittings for air brakes.

yeah, i have people telling me they dont work lmao... the only issue is near heat..... real real close... they get soft...
but i love them... our TA car will them also
they are on our tire machines and dyno.

car should be finished by thursday.... with our partners in crime at Blouch Turbo, we machined some spacers and welded them to the new hypertune fuel rail to make everything fit nicely.... also had to cut and reweld the upper ic pipe... now it will all bolt on...

ok guys..
here are some pics....
we still have to pop the timing belt on, a fuel line, and water hoses for the turbo (waiting for DHL to drop off fittings)...
but here she is... needless to say i expect GREAT things...
quick disconnects..... gold foil..... modified Hypertune fuel rail to accept the stock FPR and lines...
more pics when its finished...
and a cool custom turbo going on a clients car... (replacing a 3076R)..
