...
I full spool at about 5000rpm with the HTA82 single scroll. With the TS HTA86 when do you think i should expect full spool? And the next question is who should i get the kit from?
38 psi at 5000 rpm with a 2.3L seems slow spooling. If you go to a TS HTA3586, you should be seeing 38psi by around 4000-4200 rpm. You should notice sharper, quicker throttle response as well.

As for Vendors, Full-Race has always been the TS masters, and now ETS has jumped on board.

That is absolutely nutty and mental spoolup. I see 30 psi at 4500 rpm in 4th gear on an VIII gearbox with a single scroll 35r / 2.4.

I wonder if we will see Buschur do a twin scroll kit in '09. Now that I've seen Ted's results and others I think it's being proven you get about the same gains you do with a stroker as you do from going twin scroll.

Mark have you had it on the dyno? If so what were the figures?

Its John RS11 on the Mlr, 659hp and 580ftlb, I am going to run it again on the RR due to the cam not working and we lost ftlb and responce but sorted the issue with the cam moving and found the responce again .

Are those DD flywheel estimates or engine dyno figures. On pump gas right?

The single scroll 35r's you do on the engine dyno normally make about 600 on pump... so the TS 4088r we are talking about now makes about 60 hp more peak power? But spools way better and makes more torque?

I guess a total of 5 kits were ordered over the Holidays.

I want the most stock like response with the biggest gains... I think this is the perfect setup.

What do you guys think about an ETS TS with PT6262 compare to the HTA86?
spool time vs HP gains
