You are asking for HP estimate and then you throw a whole bunch of garbage mods.
I'm sure that POLISHED injen pipe will yield at least 10whp..lol
My estimate is anywhere between 330-380whp depending on the boost level.

I Have a IX, intake, 3" dp, HFC, CBE, MBC, FMIC, all piping and put down 271 on a dyno dynamics at 22 psi...which is about 320-330 on a dynojet.
My friend has a similar car to the OP question, it's an VIII, with a TME turbo, which will spool quicker, similar mods as me, no cams put down about the same. So with that plus cams and meth, he's picking up 70 HP to get to 400whp? Than I stand corrected..obviously a lot depends on boost and weather as well..

I believe he was trying to say you listed some mods that dont have a bearing on the HP. The fact of the matter is, there are too many unknown variables to give you even a somewhat accurate guess.

washable air filter, polished piping, hose couplers, power coated accents are not something we're interested in when estimating horsepower.
It looks like that evo owner kind of scrambled internet found parts and threw it on there without much of knowledge about them. I mean he spends good money on some POS bov, powercoating, couplers etc, but he gets a POS exhaust manifold where it REALLy counts. Only decent mod he has is his clutch and cams pretty much.

he didn't do any research on what parts are good and what is not, what is needed and what is just a waste of money - he just looked for parts and bought them.

Unless you're getting a _really_ good deal, I would look for a different car. It's a somewhat cobbled together bunch of parts. Personally I'd have a hard time buying any used Evo ... even more so if it was running methanol. IMO, unless you have the $$ in reserve to cover an engine rebuild, look for something cleaner - or at least something that was put together by one of the top shops (buschur, ams, etc.)
