A 30r series is a great street turbo, good spool, good power. look at the BR kits 3076, 3076hta or the 3065. 400whp on pump easy even 450, then if the mood ever takes you, 500 on race gas.

There's a lot of ways to go.

The Evo Green is popular for many reasons:
  • It bolts to the stock manifold/o2/downpipe
  • It spools like stock, but can flow 10lb/min more
  • There are no surging or drivability issues
  • It's a 40-50whp gain on pump and even more on meth and/or race gas
  • The powerband is strong and very usable... great for road racing and street driving
  • You don't have to rev high to make power... save your engine, keep the stock rev limiter

Probably evo green turbo or the 30r. I am sure the green can get you 400whp but not much more and the 30r will get you 400whp and even more if you feel the need to have more power. good luck with whatever you get.

you can hit 400hp with the stock turbo (10.5 hotside) with the right supporting mods and meth...

Stock Turbo... or maybe a Green if you want to squeeze every bit out of it.

Just remember, going to the Green makes things laggier, going to a 30R will make things even more laggy.

The stock turbo and green are excellent, anything larger and I'd recommend a stroker motor to help with spool. Do your best to find someone with a 30R and take a ride.

a 2.3L Stroker kit + a BB 50Trim or a GT3071R - If you like me I think you would enjoy that...

On a budget I would go Gruppe_S 2.3L + a ATP GT3071R stealth kit

or

Splash out a bit on a AMS 2.3L + AMS 50Trim kit

But if you wana stay 2L then HTA Green seems like a sure bet...

Alot of the Buschur guys are using the HTA 35R. If interested, I have a Buchur HTA 35R for sale with the cast manifold. Cast Manifold has quicker spool and torque. I am getting rid of it due to Buschur Building my car and I am swapping over to their Tubular kit for more top power!

The green mate its a wicked turbo I have one on my built 2ltr and I am pushing 466/430 @2bar.

Here are some crappy camera phone videos give you a good idea of response and acceleration.
