Timing Question

I just put hks 280 and adj cams gears on. is it ok to set the cam gear to -1 and drive it to get it tuned or should i just leave them at 0

Call your tuner and ask what settings he wants for those cams so everything is ready for him to start tuning.

some people like +2in/0ex while others like, i am 1 of them preferred -2in/-1ex.

my car felt like a turd @ +2in/0ex

you need to get tuned before doing 3rd gear pulls to decide which cam timing works best.

^ I didnt degree the cams in my car, i utilized the adjustable aspect of my cam gears.......that is why the last sentance in my post suggest's that he tries various cam timing combo's.
