Hot damn

66mm inducer/88mm exducer compressor wheel that flows ~75 lbs/min

78mm inducer/68mm exducer on the turbine side

Must be some low grade material on the turbine housing though as they are dirt cheap.

The way technology is moving, you'll only be able to buy twinscroll turbos

Nah... it's called economy of scale. The more you make, the cheaper each individual unit gets cheaper. Ford sold a LOT of Powerstrokes!

Mike just remember that 100k dollar used car you just purchased has some goofy turbo technology in it!!! So as much as you like to think T3 Open is the way to go your a sucker for technology as well!!!

Mike, if you were building WRC cars, you'd have the NEW 997, and kept the GT3 for ****s and giggles.

The standard garrett housings are pretty cheap and made in huge numbers, I would imagine.

The good Ni-Resist housings are expensive and still probably made in large quantities. Nickle and chromium is expensive these days.
