Ran well when i ran them on my stocker. Feels real good w/a Green though. If you plan on going bigger to the 35r, then save up and get some Jun's, Buschur cams, or GSC's.

They ran perfect. I had the HKS one's. The idle is lopey as well. Sounds pretty mean if thats of any concern. But like i said, if you're planning on going bigger just save some cash up till you get the 35r for a more aggressive cam. Also just for safety, you should invest in springs, retainers, and headstuds.

No drive ability issues. He had to tune of course, but the car put down 350WHP which was more that other cars with many more mods.

I'm running GSC 280's on a stock 8 turbo and with a tune no issues. I couldn't tell you my numbers cause I haven't run her.

It's not needed for HKS cams but it wouldn't hurt.

Only thing you're sacrificing w/ 280's is in the low/midrange.

Good god SEARCH!! I have posted this about 15 times now HKS 280's on stock turbo rules!

I picked up 35whp peak, 50whp in some places on my 2005. Been running them for 35,000 miles daily with zero issues. All they do is make power!
