I feel like my wheels are hopping sometimes while doing a full turn from dead stop. It won't do it if I turn very very slow. It only does on average rolling speed from dead stop while releasing the clutch.(1st gear)

sounds like a differential problem... but i'm having a hardtime understanding when you have the problem. you say it happens when your launch the car normally with the wheel turned as far as it will go? but if you accelerate slowly with the wheel full lock it doesn't do it?

This is exactly my thought. I would never put anything else in the transfer case or rear diff. regardless of who told me to do so. Nothing else belongs in either of the two, unless your looking for trouble. Good luck, and I hope everything works out for you.
