Ebc/mbc Or Gm Boost Solenoid?
#16
Don't you need a little more tuning experience with the GM solenoid? Once you install one don't you need to adjust the ECU before driving?
With a MBC you can pretty much hook it up, do a few pulls, set it then head to a tuner when you have all your mods installed.

yeah but u will still need to get tuned even after a MBC cause you'll be holding boost longer and its going to affect your a/f. The GM solenoid is the same price installed then a MBC and Reese Tuning have experience tuning w it!

ON STOCK TURBO"S
the gm 3port or even oem ebc nay-sayers dont know how to use it to thier advantge.
Yeah, there are some people who have good luck with mbc's & there are shops/companies making loadds of cash for selling mbc's..........i dont make squat selling either, so i say what i say.
the oem emc is good when set-up correctly. the gm 3port offer consitancy of the oem ebc.
if your running a 35r, etc, a mbc will be fine, but with a ebc, you can just makes thing better.
enjoy
