Throwing P0037 - ideas?

P0037 - H02S bank 1 sensor 2 heater circuit low

I searched and didn't get any info really. Anyone have any experience with this? I didn't alter anything with the car recently, and its running fine as far as I can tell.

Alright, my motor mount is on its way here so when i have it up on the ramps ill take a look at the rear o2. Currently I have a wb o2 in the downpipe and my stock rear o2 in the catback with a mech o2 fix. I reset the ecu but havent driven it around yet, well see if it comes back. thanks for the help thus far.
