Torque Specs for Flywheel & Clutch Assy

I need the following torque specs for 2003 Evo 8?

1. Flywheel to Crankshaft bolts (in Nm or lbft)

2. Clutch Cover to F/W bolts

What is the reliability and quality of the Flywheels and Clutch assys sold at automotive parts stores such as autozone? Should I buy OEM or can I get away with autozone brands? I have seen LuK supplies them clutches so they must adhere to minimum standards.

Also, if I order a new flywheel and clutch assy, do they ship new bolts with it or do I have to buy them separately from a local hardware store? What type of bolts are required, e.g. "M8x5" or M10 etc. Do they already have loctite on them?

Thanks.
