Is this a Buschur HTA3076 kit??

Okay so call me stupid, but I'm about to buy this turbo kit but I'm not sure how to tell if it's a true HTA3076. The guy that's selling it says he's not sure if it is but he thinks it is. So if someone could help me out I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks

Has their HTA kit been out long enough for that manifold to get that nasty looking?

that's actually the main reason I was questioning it. The seller says it only has 7000 miles on it....so it kinda made me wonder.

I thought all the Buschur Cast kits came with a coated manifold? There is no way that was a coated manifold and only used 7k miles. I have atleast that many miles on my kit and it still is silver other then a few spots of oxidation.

It is definitely a Buschur kit. The only difference between the regular 3076R and the HTA is the compressor wheel. If you can get a better pic of the compressor wheel someone may be able to tell you if it is an HTA wheel or not.

How can he not be sure if it is a hta kit or not? The hta has the hta compressor wheel in it. I think you should call Buschur and ask them. As for buying the turbo, if the guy is not sure than you should treat it as if it wasn't the hta 3076. Thats just the loss he has to take for " not knowing for sure" what he is selling.

Wrong. The HTA has the HTA compressor wheel in it. The turbine wheel remains unchanged.

The HTA compressor is a 7 blade "aero design" billet wheel. The wheel in the picture is a non billet, standard 6 blade wheel.

Im just about positive you can get a 3076hta kit from buschur with the cast manifold which would mean that it came with FP's turbine housing that you are seeing

All the cast manifold kits use the FP housing, be it the 30R, 3065 or the 35R
