You can reduce spoolup time significantly by increasing the wastegate preload on your turbo via shortening the adjustable wastegate actuator rod. Run from 17-18 PSI of preload.

This wastegate adjustment delivers higher boost levels at lower engine speeds. You'll have to get the car retuned to compensate.

 

Turbo lag on a stock turbo is unheard of, lol!
