Anyone else install one of these in their Evo 8/9 yet? I have one, and was wondering what eveyone else set their sensitivity level at? default is 23 and it would beep on every pull even tho Evoscan does not register any knock. I lowered the sensitivity to 6 and it seems to be on point with the evoscan now. It would beep everytime Evoscan registers more than 4 counts of knock.

I have one in my car. Yes it's a little pricey but i have found HKS electronics to be second to none in reliability. I also have a F-con so it interfaces with the ecu to do a number of things so it was worth much more to me. I really like that you can plug in head phones to the unit so you can hear knock better. The only thing I don't like about the unit is it can be hard to read at night if your not looking almost head on.

I wasn't aware that the stock ecu gave a wideband output?

I will be using the EVC 6 and the AFK on my V-Pro equipped car!!!!!

All my vitals ( air fuel, boost, and knock are in the same place).
