It makes sense taking into account what Slorice said in post 11.

ok but there is an 11whp difference between the two. it should read 627.73 but instead its reading 621 and 632. is it taking an average of all the points and this just happen to have the same average?

thats kinda misleading if thats the case.

Check the first post.

I scanned the dyno sheet so internet experts/engineer/mathematicians can just look at the graph.

I'm just the guy who dyno's the stuff and rely's on the screen to give me the results. Then we go to the track and back up the results with track times.

So I think I have this figured out, see if this works:

D x D + T = QM, to break that down further:

D (dyno) x D (David) + T (Trent)= QM (quarter mile).

Pretty sure I have that, I did poorly in school though

David-

It's pretty simple to have Indy go into his profile options and disable PM messaging... Or have a moderator do it for him... Hell there's even an option to ONLY receive PM messages from buddies and mods.

No the intake manifold will not effect reliability or drivability. The car will need to be tuned regardless of which one you buy.

I'm glad you asked the question though. The thing I find the nicest about using the factory modified intake manifold is you truly do not need to worry about reliability. Unlike many of the fabricated sheetmetal intakes that have fallen short in the reliability department, the stock piece was designed by Mitsubishi to basically last forever.

You won't find a stock intake that has blown open, cracked the runners or had any thing break off of it.

It's also great to have a part that bolts on without trying to figure out where to put your map sensor, PCV, dipstick tube, brake booster fitting or worry about if the map sensor is in the correct location to read boost or not (you know some claim that alone to be worth 421.6 whp.....yeah, OK, please someone point out that magic MAP sensor location to me! haha). Not to mention it requires no modification of any wires, hoses, upper i/c pipes or anything else for that matter.

I like stock stuff.

wicked E, I'm sure he will see that and he can do that if he choses. I know Tom and myself contact him a lot through PM's here, so some of them are probably useful to him.

The bottom line is dealing with the public is a tough thing to do (haha, you wouldn't expect ME to say that being how nice I am would you?!) and he just wants to design parts and supply them to one person, no questions, no hassle, now worrying about how or when he is getting paid.

I totally understand that buddy...

I can walk him through it if he wants. He can STILL get PM from you and/or TOM as much as he wants IF you guys are on his buddy list. All it does is block out everybody or blocks out everybody but the people on his buddy list. I have no problem walking him through this option.

Trust me, owning my own forum has be sinking in PM messages about stupid **** constantly. I found this feature useful as I am sure he will too... I would hate to see Indy get pissed off enough to leave the Evo scene over something that's easily rectified with the click of a button...

LMAO

Although, you'd have to change on of the D's, unless you're saying you=dyno.

D (dyno) x B (Buschur) + T (Trent) = QM (quarter mile)

Looking forward to comparing all the results of the manifolds.
