The AIT's were unusually high as far as the increase went on this log. I posted it anyway to keep things honest and real. I'm not sure why they were higher. I can't remember if the hood was open or closed or if we had only one fan on, I didn't keep track. It was hot the day we dyno'd it, I'd say in the mid 80's. It's hot as hell today too.

I had our black car on the dyno this morning, at 42 psi the AIT's started at 102 degrees and ended at 109 degrees. This was on an HTA88 T4 turbo.

I have a customers car on their right now with a 67 Ptrim, T3, running 38 psi and the AIT's started at 102 degrees and went to 114 degrees.

It would appear that the size/efficiency of the turbo is playing a large roll in the AIT's climbing.

It has to be close to 90 today and it's very humid.

Thank you of your time, info and honesty. I am curious if this tune was a more conservative than the one in the first post? I am hanging on every post waiting for more. I can not wait to get one and see what it can do.

no big deal David, just thought it was interesting enough to discuss. With the right tune for the octane it really didn't matter much

Call Turbo Dynamics ... should only be about $4000-4500.00 (2000 pounds or so) for a BB Red.
