Service engine light and P0335 code after jump start

I had to jump start my car today (3 times) and the last time the service engine light came on, and I've got a P0335-Crank sensor code. I did a search and saw a few guys with similar problems but not after jumping a car, has anyone had this happen? Also, is anyone had any problems with their battery dying all the time?

something you recently installed that's might be constantly running, i.e. wired incorrectly?

I don't have anything wired aftermarket. I cleared the code and drove around all day today without it coming back, so I'll give it a few days and see what happens.

OP did you ever figure out what was wrong with your car I'm having the same problem you were but this is only the second time jumping it please let me know thanks
