Finding out what kind of exhaust I have.. (with pics)
PICTURES IN POST 9
So yeah, since I bought the car from a dealer, I don't know much about it. It has a 3" turbo back exhaust (stock 02 housing), but I have no clue what brand it is. I will get some pictures after work, but maybe someone would know from the description. It has a cat with a really large, heat shield on it. It looks like the stock cat heat shield does, with the two halves spot welded together. Then about 2 feet from the cat, is the first resonator, then a foot from that is another resonator. Then in the back, the exhaust goes out at a 30 degree angle or so, with a muffler in the rear. Its not a large exit muffler. Its a round muffler design, but the outlet is only a 3" pipe.
Does that help in the slightest? With no major branding on it, I would assume it may be an ebay exhaust, or something like that?
I will have pictures up in a little bit, unless some guru can tell what it is from the description. I have no clue how many exhausts are actually made for our cars!

Yea could be custom, but have you looked at all the exhausts for your car at least the major ones to see if they look similar. If it works well then it might be more work to find out who made it then to spend that time doing something else.

I only ask because none of the ones I have looked at (apexi n1 style, ebay style, any of the ones on the ams or bucsher sites) look like this. I had similar trouble finding out who made my exhaust on my STi, and ended up finding it to be a Miltek, which was super rare. I will get under the car after work and get some pictures of the whole thing, and look really closely at the muffler to look for any sort of hint!

From a small image on this page, it looks like I have an RMR exhaust:

Never heard of them before.
