^^^^^ this is exactly what my car is doing

My stock clutch did this when it was really out. It built up to that though, it started slipping little by little then at the end of its life it would not go anywhere until I revved it to about 6k. Turbodemon, did yours just suddenly do this or was it acting up prior to this event?

a little slip here and there then my wife took over the car for about 2 months
wich is where the rest of the clutch went im sure of it now. then one day she tells me the car is REALLY slow and sure enough it was molasses slow.
im betting its the original clutch as well now that the car has hit 65k and i doubt the previous owner changed it.
but the symptoms are just like what u guys say

Don't forget to check the IC pipes, they may have become disconnected causing a huge boost leak. It happened to me, and the car moved very, very very slowly while I got it home.

it was the clutch ppl after all my car took a $hit and stranded me in the middle of a corn field. had to walk 20 miles back home =(. i was trying to drive the car around the corn fields and then a dark smelly cloud of clutch came through my hood vent and there it is. now it got towed home and sitting ther on my driveway.

Check all ICP or it could be your clutch.
